Axa XL to shift $400mn reinsurance book out of Lloyd’s

Axa XL has confirmed plans to shift reinsurance business currently written through Lloyd’s Syndicate 2003 onto XL Re Europe SE paper as part of ongoing work to simplify the group’s reinsurance legal entity structure.
